Through our subsidiaries, we trial new energy sources, such as the first 100% electric event ship in the Netherlands. With our Partners Green Spec, we have invested significantly into research and development to create the fuel infrastructure and onboard technologies for the future to ensure our 2030 and 2050 goals can be met. Our investment decisions are driven following the ESG principles.
We systematically promote environmentally friendly technologies and practices on river and ocean cruise ships. This also includes reducing CO2 emissions, avoiding waste and recycling. Finally, we support local communities and environmental protection projects along our routes.
The roadmap is clear: we want to fulfil the European climate targets by 2030 and 2050.
Hospitality Services
As the leader in white-label hospitality for river cruises in Europe, we look after over 2.1 million passenger nights on behalf of international shipping companies and tour operators within our group. The spotlight is on the corporate identity and corporate values of our partners. In the background, River Hospitality discreetly and flexibly arranges the services that fulfil individual requirements and guarantee guests unforgettable experiences on board. Our professional crew – most of whom have many years of experience in the hotel and catering industry around the world – are dedicated to providing outstanding service quality, from culinary to housekeeping.
Shared Services from Crew Management to Insurance and Finance
With over 20 years of experience in the shipping industry, our group specializes in company hosting, accounting, budgeting, reporting, international VAT settlements, ship insurance management and finance.Through regular training and further education, our highly qualified employees are always up to date and find customized solutions for our clients starting from start-up support for anyone entering the sector all the way for companies who are long established in the market and may look at outsourcing some of there tasks We support all crew management contracting, payroll and visa management and travel for our white label companies Ocean Advice and River Advice.

Repair and Technical Control
We run your technical management, if you own the ship, bareboat charter or simply time charter a ship. This includes the construction, inspection, repair of ship engines and systems, maintenance and the entire technical operation of inland waterway vessels in Europe. With its experienced crew, River Technics ensures the smooth and reliable operation of every single ship.
The monitoring of ship safety and performance is also of central importance. For the long-term horizon, River Technics guarantees prudent planning and implementation of ship conversions as well as complete technical advice and budgeting of Repair & Maintenance-costs. Most of the work is done in our own harbor locations.
Itinerary Planning and Nautical Management
We are experts in the nautical management of ships in size and shape. The shipping company’s customers benefit from a comprehensive service portfolio – which is always orientated towards the latest regulations and safety requirements in inland navigation and ocean coastal cruising. With its own qualified nautical crew, River Nautical navigates the fleet safely on Europe’s waterways. Ocean Advice is offering the same competency on the ocean. The crew is supported by the shore-based operations team at the competence centers in Basel, Switzerland as well in Limassol, Cyprus.
River Nautical is responsible for all nautical tasks on board, including navigating the ships, managing harbors and moorings, providing safety training for the nautical crew and monitoring weather conditions and water levels. Thanks to its extensive expertise, River Nautical ensures the safety and reliability of the fleet while reducing operating costs through economies of scale, operating more then 120 vessels accross the different rivers.
Both, our ocean team and our river team is well adverse in itinerary management, based on seasonality or local restrictions With our more than 100 owned docking locations, we have access to key locations and hubs. Our owned harbor locations are also well suited for winter layup periods and repairs.
